Quick Plant-based Chocolate Porridge

We have recently undertaken a challenge of waking up to nutritious breakfast. Very soon, we learnt that it didn't have to be neither tasteless or boring! We have prepared some series of our favourite quick and healthy breakfast ideas for you to try!

You would be surprised how many of them would fill you up so quickly... If they do- don't worry- your leftovers could be easily and safely stored in one of our yuggen bags! They are 100% airtight and leak-proof what makes it ideal on the go. Try it out!

Serves 2

70g rolled oats

600ml plant based milk- preferably chocolate flavoured

50g dairy-free dark chocolate

For the topping: strawberries

roasted walnuts/ hazelnuts

chia seeds


Add the oats, plant-based milk and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir well and put over a medium heat. Let it gentle simmer for 6-8 minutes until thickened.

Serve topped with the strawberries and sprinkle of nuts and chia seeds
