FAQ 

Q: Are the Yuggen bags heat resistant?

A: Yes! Yuggen bags are cooking and microwaving safe up to 446°F for a silicone bag and 194°F with the slider. When microwaving, the slider must be removed at all times.

Q: How much volume will each bag hold?

A: The bags are currently available in three sizes: snack which holds 16.9 fl. ounces (500ml), medium 35.2 fl. ounces (1000ml) and the large 52.8 fl. ounces (1500ml).

Q: What are the bags made out of?

A: The bags are made out of endlessly reusable food-grade silicone- material derived from sand (silica) and carbon. It's naturally non-toxic and BPA-free. Our bags are also tested and approved by the World's highest European food-grade testing standards. What does it mean? Our bags are made out of the safest plastic alternative out there.

Q: My bag was left for days without cleaning. How can I remove that oily stain?

 A: The easiest way to remove any stains is to apply baking soda/ vinegar paste and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then wash the bag as usual!​

A: Our products are designed by us, here in the UK, and responsibly made in China. All our factories comply with BSCI or ISO certificates to ensure workers' rights and safety. Our factories also undergo regular third-party inspections.
